Parag has over 19 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, project finance, taxation, accounting, corporate restructuring, and risk management in the infrastructure, energy, and consumer durable sector.

Prior to joining Juniper Green Energy, He has previously worked in different capacities with Orange Renewable, Indiabulls Power, LG Electronics India & Carlsberg India. During his previous assignments, he is involved in various functions, including financial planning, taxation, IPO, investment management, Forex, business finance-contracting, and commercials and system implementation. By Profession, Parag is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a bachelor’s qualification in commerce from DBRAU University.

Naresh has experience in technology, engineering, design and cost innovation, business development, procurement, commercial operations, and statistical analysis. He has 32 years of experience and is responsible for the complete business cycle of the division from securing business to successful execution and successful operations for the duration of PPA.

He has been involved in various leadership roles creating opportunities for winning, building and sustaining Solar PV projects of more than 1 GW, before starting the Juniper Green Energy platform, he started the solar division in Orange Renewable as a CEO and was successful in building best-performing assets in the industry. He has held positions of CTO ACME Solar Pvt. Ltd., Operations head in Minda Sai Ltd., Business head at Wings Power Pvt. Ltd. and Operations head at Ranutrol Instrumentation Ltd. He has rich and diversified experience across industry segments in leadership roles in technology, design engineering, cost innovation, procurement, operations, statistical analysis, and customer support. Naresh has done BE (Industrial Electronics) from Shivaji University.

A certified Six Sigma Black belt professional with more than 18 years of experience in the supply chain, operations management, purchase, process improvement and business planning & analysis.

Before joining Juniper Green Energy, he was responsible for vendor development, supply chain and procurement planning for utility-scale solar projects at Orange Renewable. He has also held key roles in Azure Power, ACME Solar & Denave India. Abhishek holds a degree in MCA.

Rajib brings around 27 years of professional experience in P&L, bidding, planning, project management, Regulatory, revenue assurance and operations & maintenance of Power Transmission Projects.

In his present assignment, he is responsible for setting up a new vertical for the development of Transmission TBCB Projects at the Central & State levels.

Prior to joining Juniper Green Energy, he was associated with Sterling & Wilson Pvt Ltd, Kalpataru Power Transmission, KEC International Limited, Reliance Energy & Tata Projects.

Ankush has more than 12 years of experience in the field of project development, business development and project finance for renewable energy projects.

In his present assignment, he is responsible for the organizational growth Strategy & Business Development. Prior to Juniper Green Energy, he was instrumental in developing a pipeline of 1GW of Wind Energy projects while heading the Development & Execution team at Orange Renewable. He had also worked with ICICI Bank & Lanco Infratech.

Ankush has done B.E – Civil from IIT-Delhi and PGDBM – Finance from IIM -Lucknow.

Dynamic Result oriented professional with over 24 years’ extensive experience in the renewable energy business – EPC, project development, management, execution, quality, operation, strategy, and business development. As the Head – Operation at JUNIPER, he is responsible for EPC, Project Development & Management, Quality, and Implementation strategy. In his past stint, He was responsible for project development, execution, and successful operation of 700 MW Solar PV projects at previous organisations.

He is an MBA in Operation Management with electrical engineering background having served with the organizations like ACIL, ABB, LANCO Solar, ACME Solar, and Orange Renewable in the past before joining Juniper Green Energy.

Sanjay Bakliwal is a seasoned investment and finance professional with over 24 years of work experience and has been with AT Capital Group since 2012. He currently serves on the board of several flagship companies within the AT Group. He is also on the board of the managers of SGX-listed IREIT Global.

Prior to joining AT Capital, Sanjay worked for KPMG (primarily in M&A roles) and India bulls Power (heading its corporate finance division). He is well experienced in diverse investment & finance functions, and his sectoral focus has predominantly been on real estate, financial services, and renewable energy.

Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant with a national merit award from ICAI India, and a commerce graduate (with honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Arvind Tiku is an entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in creating and building international businesses. He is the founder of the AT Group headquartered in Singapore.Arvind was previously a shareholder and director on the board of Nelson Resources Limited, an oil and gas company listed on the Toronto and London Stock Exchanges. Other noteworthy roles include Managing Director for Central Asia at Marc Rich Investment AG and General Director for Agro Invest, a grain-producing, storage and trading company based in Kazakhstan.

Arvind is fluent in English, Russian, Hindi and Kashmiri and holds a Master’s of Science Degree in mechanical engineering from the Kazakh National Technical University

Hemant plays an instrumental role in helping Experion manage and create a work culture that is professionally driven and process-oriented.

Having worked across different countries in varied fields such as information technology, engineering, real estate, and wealth & investment management, he brings to the business a unique blend of management, investment advisory, project planning and quality control expertise.

Hemant holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Computer Management. He also has an MBA from Nanyang Business School (NBS), Singapore and Waseda Business School (WBS), Japan.

Sanjay Bakliwal is a seasoned investment & finance professional with over 21 years of experience and has been with AT Capital Group since 2012. He currently serves on the Board of several flagship companies within the Group. Prior to this, Sanjay has worked for 10 years in M&A roles with KPMG in India & London and 5 years with Indiabulls Power as Head of Corporate Finance.Sanjay is well experienced in diverse business & finance functions including negotiation & closure of complex deals, valuation, transaction structuring, corporate & project finance and treasury management. His sectoral focus has predominantly been in real estate, conventional & renewable energy and financial services sector.Sanjay graduated in Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with national level rank in CA Finals. He holds a number of awards, including recognition by the PMO in India, for academic & sports excellence.
