Maharashtra is having a significant potential of renewable energy resource especially wind and Solar due to its topography and is one of the leading States to implement renewable energy projects. Its total installed capacity of renewable energy projects of ~13 GW as on June 2023 out of which Solar energy accounts for ~4.9 GW.
Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has issued a 500MW Solar -Phase VII Bid in the month of June 2022. Juniper was a successful bidder in this bid and has executed Power Purchase Agreement for 75MW Solar power project in July 2023. This project will be developed in the state of Maharashtra with a scheduled date of commissioning of Q1 2024.
Rajasthan is having a significant potential of renewable energy resource especially wind and Solar due to its topography and is one of the leading States to implement renewable energy projects. Its total installed capacity of renewable energy projects of ~23 GW as on June 2023 out of which Solar energy accounts for ~18 GW.
We are developing a 140MW Solar Power project in the State of Rajasthan. This project will be our first ISTS connected project and aims to sell electricity through Merchant/C&I route. This Project will be developed and commissioned in Q4 2024.
